Most of this industry is paid on the gap between what a programme is advertised at and what it actually costs. We built this site around closing that gap, in public, whether or not it wins us the client.
Why this firm exists
Citizenship and residence by investment is a legitimate field with a marketing problem. Programmes are quoted at a single headline figure that applies to one applicant and excludes every mandatory fee. Closed programmes stay on agency websites for years because the search traffic still converts. Residence permits get sold as passports. None of that is illegal, and all of it costs clients money and time.
We take a different position: publish the full picture first, then advise. If a prospective client reads our material and concludes they should do nothing, or should pursue a route we do not earn on, that is a correct outcome.
How we work
Advertised programme prices leave out government fees, due diligence charges per applicant, passport issuance and agent commissions. Our true cost calculator itemises all of it, because the gap between the advertised number and the number you actually wire is where most of the disappointment in this industry comes from.
Cyprus ended in 2020. Malta’s route has ended. Bulgaria repealed its programme. Montenegro stopped accepting applications. Every one of those still gets marketed as available by someone. We maintain pages that say plainly what is dead and what replaced it, even when it costs us an enquiry.
A golden visa is not a passport. Portugal, Greece, Italy and Spain are residence programmes that may lead to naturalisation over years. They are routinely sold as if they were citizenship. We keep them in different sections of this site for that reason.
Some clients are better served by citizenship through descent, which costs a fraction of any investment route and confers identical rights. Some should not be doing this at all. That advice does not generate a placement fee, and we give it anyway.
